Our Location
Silvertip Lodge is located at the east end of the 100km-long Quesnel Lake in British Columbia, Canada. As there are no roads in this remote area, clients and staff alike rely on boats, small aircraft or helicopters for transportation to and from Silvertip Lodge.
Retreat Included Transfers to Silvertip Lodge – Summer
When booking a retreat at Silvertip Lodge, transportation from Williams Lake airport is included in the price. You will be met by Silvertip Lodge staff at the airport where a shuttle brings you and your luggage to a staging area on Quesnel Lake. From there you will travel by boat to Silvertip Lodge situated at the east end of the 100km-long lake. The scenic cruise takes approximately two hours and allows you to view stunning landscapes including the B.C. version of Niagara Falls.
If you prefer to fly, arrangements are made for you to take a helicopter directly from the Williams Lake airport to Silvertip Lodge. Please contact us for details and a quote for these services.
Travel to Silvertip Lodge – Bring your own boat
When booking either rooms or the entire lodge through our BYOB (Bring Your Own Boat) rentals, the recommended boat launch is at Cedar Point Provincial Park. Gas is available in small quantities for purchase at Silvertip Lodge, however it is recommended that you bring extra with you for your trip.
Transfers to Silvertip Lodge – Winter
Guests fly on a private charter from Vancouver ( YVR ) to Williams Lake ( YWL ) with Central Mountain Air ( 1 hr flight ), where they will meet our airport representative who will assist in boarding a 45-minute helicopter flight to Silvertip Lodge.
