“We Cannot Wait to Go Back”
Incredible fishing surrounded by breathtaking views! Silvertip Lodge was the most surreal, relaxing experience I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we stepped onto the dock, the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Hands down the best staff you could ask for all around! The lodge itself was so cozy. From the roaring fire in the great room to a relaxing sauna and hot tub to finish off the evenings. Amazing food throughout the day – the chefs nailed every meal. Quesnel Lake has some of the best sites and fishing around – we cannot wait to go back :)

“Hands Down - Amazing Experience”
I absolutely cannot rave about this establishment enough. The amount of attention we were given by the silvertip staff was incredible. Our group of friends is not needy, picky or by any means fancy – however – we walked away from that four day trip feeling more relaxed than any of us have in years. Not only was the lodge equipped with everything you could think of from board games, endless firewood, unlimited snacks, warm cookies , and smiling faces – but when we asked if a fire could be lit for the sauna or the hot tub it was already done. Not having to decide what we were eating, or having any pressure of what to do was simply amazing. We were either fishing or hanging out at the lodge in the hot tub or on the beach. The kitchen staff, groundskeepers and hosting staff were second to none. If we could give 10 stars we would. We had our weekend booked before we even took off from the dock to go home. Do yourself a favour and bring your family, bachelor party, friends group out for a 3 to 4 day trip and enjoy the hell out of yourselves. Hands down – amazing experience.

"Fly Fishing at Silvertip Lodge”
Silvertip Lodge is a remote backcountry lodge that defies the odds by providing all of the modern creature comforts of a first-class resort, deep in the Canadian wild. Here, you're able to reconnect with self in a way not offered by lodges accessible by road. During my visit, the lakefront immediately in front of the lodge was frequented by Grizzlies coming to feed on spawning salmon. Spinner fishing right from the dock proved entertaining and fly fishing was excellent only a five minute walk from the lodge. Boats are available for trolling or cruising the lake. The resident favourite 20 km hike to Hobson Lake was beautiful. I only realized how remote it was upon returning home and realizing I was 100km away from the nearest road. Silvertip Lodge is so remote it's not even on a flight path. I didn't see or hear a single airplane. Silvertip's beauty is only matched by the level of service offered by the staff, who are dedicated to making your visit as comfortable as a stay at any first-class hotel. The lodge is well appointed and comfortable - you can tell someone has thought deeply about your visit. The food was exceptional. I'm a vegetarian and they treated me to great meals every day.
